SARDAR KA SON – MOVIE REVIEW(NETFLIX)

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar,,Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani,Madhu Bhojwani,Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham. SKS is written by Anuja Chauhan and Kaashvie Nair. The film is directed by Kaashvie Nair.

A family romantic drama that straddles not just two countries but also spawns generations is a huge letdown. With a very thin story line, there is nothing that gets the film going. Timid performances and lazy writing makes way for a very dull fare. There are some ridiculous moments in the film to add to the existing woes..

Neena Gupta is as plastic as her prosthetics. Arjun Kapoor has a meaty role but is deadbeat. Rakul Preet Singh appears and disappears. John Abraham looks funny in a serious role and Aditi Rao is silly.

Mahendra Shetty’s cinematography is very functional. Gulraj Singh’s background score is a bore. Tanishk Bagchi’s songs are average. Dialogues are average and direction substandard.

SARDAR KA SON is a sloth in slow motion.

SARDAR KA SON – SORRY !
