TRIGGER is an action-comedy flick directed by Sam Anton. The movie is produced by Prateek Chakravorty, and Shruti Nallappa under the banner Pramod Films & Miracle Movies.

TRIGGER makes a sedate start. With some interesting action blocks the film keeps the viewer interested. What helps the film is it’s slick presentation. The first half is well set and like most of the films the second half the writing goes awry and then on the predictability and cliche is a huge letdown for the film.

Atharva is good as the cop. Chinni Jayanth and Arun Pandian are fine.Tanya Ravichandran is okay.

Krishan Vasant’s cinematography is stylish and effective. Ghibran’s background score is good. Dialogues are decent and direction is above average.

TRIGGER just about manages to scrape through.
